About Dehao
Founded in 2005, Dehao has spent 20 years doing one thing: fabricating and customizing aluminum veneer panels and aluminum baffle ceilings. We are a processor, not a smelter, not an extruder.
Our 10,000 m² plant handles cutting, bending, welding, perforating and PVDF coating in-house, with a monthly capacity of 50,000–100,000 m² (600,000–1,200,000 m² per year). Nothing is outsourced, so both standard orders and large project volumes stay on schedule.
Lead time is our firmest commitment: orders under 5,000 m² ship in 15 working days, and samples are ready in 2–3 days. Working to a tight project schedule? Tell us early and we will arrange a rush slot within our production plan.
Custom work is our strength: curved and double-curved panels, perforated and carved patterns, wood-grain and stone finishes, custom RAL colors and oversized panels, all fabricated to your drawings. Our engineers develop shop drawings and joint details, and we approve samples before mass production, so errors are caught before the first cut.
We use prime aluminum coil only, fully traceable by batch. PVDF coating carries a 15-year warranty.
We don’t make aluminum, we make it fit. That has been Dehao’s positioning for 20 years.
